Job Description
This role oversees the proper verification of transactional documentation and disbursement of payments and reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing transactional information. The General Accountant keeps abreast with national and local government financial statutes and legal requirements and ensures adherence to provisions and prescriptions.
The General Accountant analyzes, prepares, and reports regular financial information to Management based on recorded accounting data on business transactions, including but not limited to:
- Asset, liability, and capital and operating account entries
- Current vs targeted and previous corporate balance sheets, profit and loss, cash flow statements, and other reports
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Preferable with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Can report in CDO or Davao
