AC Logistics advocates a whistleblower program for preventing and detecting fraud or misconduct by providing a safe and confidential channel for employees, business partners, suppliers, vendors, and sub-contractors to report any wrongdoing, conflict of interest situation, unethical or illegal conduct, malpractice, or improper conduct involving any member of the organization, without fear of retaliation.

All personnel—including the Board, officers, and employees—must comply with the AC Logistics Group’s rules and regulations and report any violations or suspected violations. Anyone who knowingly aids, abets, conceals, or permits any irregular or fraudulent acts against the group will be held as accountable as the principal perpetrators. Therefore, all personnel are required to cooperate with investigations, act in good faith, and do not make false accusations.

Procedures for Reporting

 

The Board, including all officers and employees, as well as customers, suppliers, and all stakeholders, can report any violation of policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations which include, but are not limited to, the following: conflict of interest, falsification of documents, financial reporting and auditing concerns, policy violation, theft, fraud, concealment of any of the mentioned reportable conditions.

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation

All Reports shall be treated confidentially, and the Whistleblower’s identity will not be disclosed if they prefer. The Whistleblower will be protected from reprisals, harassment or unwarranted disciplinary action or victimization for raising genuine or relaying information in good faith.
