AC Logistics proudly graced the regional stage at Last Mile Leaders Asia 2026, an exclusive gathering of supply chain and logistics executives held in Bangkok, Thailand from May 20- 22, 2026.

Hosted by FarEye, the event brought together some of Asia-Pacific’s leading logistics providers, technology innovators and business leaders to discuss the future of transportation, last-mile delivery, customer experience and supply chain transformation. Through executive panels, thought leadership discussions and strategic networking, participants exchanged insights on navigating complex logistics environments while delivering greater efficiency, visibility and value for customers.

Representing AC Logistics at the event were Christian Oliver Dy, Chief Information Officer, and Irma Diaz-Guevara, Product Head of Contract Logistics and National Distribution. The two of them joined industry leaders from across the region to share perspectives on the current challenges and opportunities shaping modern supply chains.

Rethinking Transportation Technology for a Dynamic Future

Cody participated in the panel discussion, “The Broken Legacy TMS – Why APAC Enterprises Are Challenged to Scale,” which explored the growing gap between traditional transportation management systems (TMS) and the realities of today’s operating environment.

Drawing from AC Logistics’ experience, Cody highlighted how many traditional TMS were originally designed for planning and optimization but often struggle to support real-time execution amid disruptions. As supply chains become more volatile and customer expectations continue to rise, organizations are being challenged to bridge the gap between system capabilities and operational realities.

He also emphasized the rising demand for end-to-end visibility across supply chains, noting that B2B customers increasingly expect the same level of transparency and real- time updates that have become standard in B2C delivery experiences. As a response, he emphasized the need for technology systems built on seamless data interoperability and real-time cloud data integration that can support diverse transportation networks and evolving business requirements.

In addressing the unique dynamics of APAC, Cody anticipates the evolving nature of transport management systems to enable greater agility, visibility, and resilience across supply chains.

Turning Complexity into Competitive Advantage

Meanwhile, Irma joined the panel discussion, “Orchestrating Chaos: Navigating Complexity in Modern APAC Logistics,” where she shared insights on the factors driving complexity across supply chains in the region.

Irma highlighted how growing cost pressures, evolving customer expectations, and fragmented logistics networks are challenging organizations to deliver faster and more efficient services while maintaining operational sustainability. She emphasized the unique realities of operating in the Philippines, where the country’s archipelagic geography requires businesses to manage complex multimodal transportation networks across land, air and sea.

Building on AC Logistics’ nationwide capabilities, she underscored the value of integrated supply chain ecosystems, strategic cross-docking operations and network optimization in helping customers achieve both cost efficiency and service reliability. Moreover, she also highlighted the shift to decarbonize logistics by proposing renewable energy solutions such as EV delivery fleets to guarantee business continuity and reduce dependencies on fuel.

Looking ahead, Irma reinforced the importance of continued investments in transportation technology and sustainable logistics solutions, emphasizing that supply chain is not simply a cost consideration but a critical competitive advantage that drives business growth and customer success.

Recognized for Operational Success

Adding to the company’s strong presence at the event, AC Logistics was honored with the Cost Optimization Champion award. This recognition is for organizations that have demonstrated exceptional performance in maximizing resource efficiency and delivering measurable cost savings across their operations.

Building on the future of transport operations, AC Logistics was able to unify three legacy systems, E-Freight, FarEye 1.0 and eDFS, into a single platform, FarEye 2.0. This shift consolidated the bookings and tracking of cargo shipments into a unified system that improved turnaround times and reduced workforce dependency. This major achievement was able to deliver up to 50% monthly cost savings, proving that cost reduction is attainable through system and resource optimization.

This award reflects AC Logistics’ continued commitment to operational excellence through innovative solutions, strategic network design, and technology-enabled logistics management. More importantly, the recognition is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and collaborative efforts of AC Logistics teams who work every day to deliver reliable and efficient supply chain solutions for customers.
