Job Description

As an HS & ESG Supervisor, you will be tasked with implementing health, safety, and environmental protocols at the site, such as conducting safety walkthroughs, leading toolbox meetings, monitoring PPE use, and coordinating hazard controls. Your responsibilities also include documenting incidents, supporting risk assessments and job safety analyses, and monitoring corrective actions through dashboards and reports. Additionally, you will ensure emergency preparedness and assist in ERT training activities.

Qualifications

• DOLE-recognized Safety Officer 3 or higher (required) Certified Pollution Control Officer; At least 2 years of experience in HSE roles in logistics, industrial, or transport sectors with experience in implementation of HSE &
• Sustainability programs across multiple sites operations; Special skills: With practical experience in Internal Audit, Emergency
• Response Team, EHS Committee, Behavior-based EHS Programs, Risk Management, Business Continuity Planning, First Aid;
• Willing to travel across assigned sites Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or equivalent
