Job Description
As a Project Management Analyst, you are responsible for driving logistics initiatives by evaluating the supply chain, pinpointing inefficiencies, and proposing process enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting successful implementation of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or analysis, preferably in logistics or warehousing
- Familiarity with logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation planning, or distribution systems.
- Experience in Philippine logistics operations is a must.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and interact with senior leadership
- Proficient in project management tools and MS Office suite.
- Excellent time management, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and organizational skills.
