Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily operations and staff performance to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. Responsibilities include validating transactions, maintaining inventory integrity, planning work schedules, addressing customer and operational concerns, training staff on SOPs and safety protocols, and preparing timely operational reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with multinational client requirements and SLA-driven operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS is required.
• Results-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
