Job Description

As a Program Management Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our operations. Reporting directly to the CEO of U-Freight Phils., Inc, you will oversee high-impact projects, optimize processes, and ensure seamless service delivery to our clients. Additionally, you will act as the Chief of Staff, providing executive support and strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
• With experience in business process improvements
• Strong understanding of AI and modern business tools.
• Experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Familiarity with international freight forwarding procedures
• With excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Should possess leadership skills and accustomed to working under pressure.
• Strategic time-management thinking
